Total Health Chiropractic goes live on the AllMates decision layer

(Singapore, August 2026) – KMS's first AllMates engagement in Singapore healthcare has moved into operation. Total Health Chiropractic, a group of six clinics across three entities, now runs a governed decision and knowledge layer over its clinic management, finance and marketing systems, built and managed by Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS).

The project introduced an enterprise GenAI capability that brings operations, finance and marketing data into one decision-support system. Read-only connectors extract from PLATO, the group's clinic management system, QuickBooks and LACRM into a KMS-managed data lake, refreshed weekly with a 24-month history. AllMates reasons over the curated data and returns cited, explainable answers, and every high-value question and answer is saved into a searchable institutional playbook the group owns.

Three specialist Mates were designed and built for the group. An Operational Mate covers patient visits, volumes, revenue by service, doctor performance and capacity, referrals and the patient lifecycle. A Marketing Mate covers acquisition sources, conversion, retention, campaign effectiveness and satisfaction trends. A Financial Mate covers revenue, EBITA, P&L, balance sheet and cashflow. Access is controlled by role and by clinic and entity, so a clinic manager sees their clinic and the group's leaders see the whole.

What was deliberately left out matters as much as what was built. Nothing writes back to PLATO, QuickBooks or LACRM. The decision layer reads and advises; the group's own staff act. Separating analytical risk from operational risk let the first engagement ship without clinical or financial write access, and it keeps the client's data where it already lives.

KMS ran the build under its Lighthouse approach: discovery and a signed blueprint first, then build, deploy and operate against real data, with enablement sessions and a handover runbook so the group runs the system itself. The client owns its data; KMS retains its accelerators and templates, which the group has the right to use.
