(Singapore, 21 January 2025) – Knowledge Management Solutions (KMS) has signed a master reseller agreement with Dearfox SAS, the French company behind the AllMates.ai agentic AI platform. The agreement gives KMS exclusive rights to distribute the platform across Southeast Asia for an initial three-year term.
Under the agreement KMS becomes the master reseller for the region, with the right to appoint and support sub-resellers in each market, a direct line to the platform's founding team, and first access to new capabilities as they ship. The platform, known at signing as GPT Mates, was renamed AllMates.ai later in 2025.
KMS has delivered analytics and data platforms to businesses across Southeast Asia since 2004, first as a regional reseller and implementer of QlikView and later with Microsoft Power BI. The judgement behind the agreement is that generative AI is not a new technology stack but the next layer on top of a data foundation, and that the firms with clean, integrated data will deploy it fastest. AllMates matched how KMS already works: structured, multi-agent and integrated into the systems a business already runs, rather than a chatbot bolted onto a website.
